"THE SECRET TO A PEACEFUL MIND"

Hello beautiful human! 

Umm okay do one thing close your eyes for 60 seconds and then come back to blog......

So, many thoughts pop up in your mind right, but you know if we react to that thought it occurs dark overthinking that leads to sleepless nights, anxiety, stress and etc..... of course, they do.

So, let's try one trick whenever these thoughts will pop up, we will remind ourselves no stop don't react let it be, let it go. Because our brain works to what we say it leads to our's daily basis lives as I already explain the negative and positive side views in my last blog.

Let's try this trick for 10 days then comment me is this working or not. coz sometimes it's not important actually it's necessary to let it be the things as they are messy or whatever and let them go, this little observation is necessary sometimes in life, even in a small case it's doesn't matter at all!



you will find that it is necessary to let things go; simply for the reason that they are heavy. so let them go, let go of them. you tie no weights to your ankles, sometimes holding on does more damage better to let go.

well, well! let's see from a bit maturity side of this umm I know after this still some judging people give me tag of "IMMUATURITY"! let them for their peace of mind but sometimes it's necessary! to let go your long-time thoughts about those people! who unnecessary. judging you for no reason, because " these people should know their right place." as they have no place in our lives lol!! still necessary. by words, actions, or silence choice is yours.

Well! your main focus should be on........
How?
What? 
Why?
Just nothing to worry about you are completely safe and will everything goanna be alright. The more you hold inside you the more trauma will increase day by day and that start affecting your mental health and of course if we will not take care of our mental health as we care our physical health than our mental health start reflected on our physical health.

But remember this will not last forever. 

umm well I know some sufferings are meant to be a lesson in your lives and God want you to be stronger but even I know some sufferings are just suffering no lesson no nothing!

 
We block our emotional and physical traumas thinking it's better to forget then to acknowledge accept and let go.

* Trauma blocking is excessive use of social media and compulsive mindless scrolling.

* Binge drinking every weekend because you are off from work.

* Excessive and mindless eating even when you are not hungry.

* Compulsive exercising to reach a goal you are never satisfied with.

* Being uncomfortable being alone resulting in staying in toxic relationship long after their expiration date. 

* The feeling of being uncomfortable if you have nothing to do and the need to always have projects to do. 

* Compulsive online shopping for things you do not need and going into debt. 

* Becoming a workaholic and having poor boundaries at work including being available 24/7.


Your mind is a magnet. if you think of blessing, you attract blessing, and if you think of problem, anger, hate, pain, fear, regret, and etc....... you attract all of them, now choice is yours, life is your people are no one.


Repeat after me.........

JUST FOR TODAY, 
I WILL NOT WORRY.

JUST FOR TODAY, 
I WILL NOT BE ANGRY.

JUST FOR TODAY, 
I WILL BE GRATEFUL.

JUST FOR TODAY,
I WILL DO MY WORK HONESTLY. 

Thanks, God for this beautiful day I am grateful to live one more day! Everything is safe around me. I will live this day as a best day of my live, I don't want anything God, but I am grateful to you for making me a beautiful human being.


Most of time in life we use to start experience something new where we face a lot of difficulties. Of course, we do we come out of our comfort zones, and you think without socializing God please fix everything I don't want to face it why this happing with me why only me God why it's always me!! 
first thing you are not the only one who is suffering there are many more they are even trying not blaming themselves or God for this that's why they came out of there comfort zones. now even God will not be able to help if you don't even try and just lying and crying over think than you get depression. so, stop blaming everything and stop making excuses just get up and start from today of course you will get some difficulties in starting but day by day everything will be normal and that thing which are fearing of most become your comfort zone. it's just all in our heads be confident in yourself everything be alright day by day.
SO, 
for your difficulties LET IT BE......
for your comfort zone LET IT GO...... 
Nothing is simple, nothing is difficult it's all in your heads. everyone can do what they need or want all we need is SELF - CONFIDENCE.

* Don't forget your mental health matter's and as important as physical health,

* Healing comes with damages. 

* You are safe, and everything is okay. 

* You matter.
